Terms of sale:

These conditions apply to sales of Rosewood-Crafts wholesale.

Acceptance of the order by "Rosewood-Crafts" implies that you have read and accepted the following conditions:

• The availability of our products is guaranteed based on the stocks in our warehouses, although subject to change due to exceptional demands of some of our articles, even so, we try at all times, submit the order, as requested by our customers.

• We need to clarify that, being hand-crafted pieces, there may be very slight variations in colors or sizes.

• We order available within 72 hours after its execution, to review, change or cancel it, through our website, if the customer requests it. With every order you will receive an e-mail with order information and product / s requested / s, to resolve any doubts you should only answer this. We will process your order and notify you when it resolves.

• Prices on the screen, not mistaken, are in euros, do not include tax and are subject to the price of metals.

Payment:

Shipping conditions:

Shipping charges within the peninsula in excess of 300 € will be paid by jacaranda-Crafts. When shipping to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the customer will pay shipping costs plus the Customs Tariff.

• INSIDE THE PENINSULA SHIPPING: Shipping charges are free if the order exceeds € 300.

CHANGES AND RETURNS:

The rules regarding returns (regulated by the Law of 15/1/96 number 7 / 1996) claims, warranty and invoicing are as follows:

Line Discounts:

• Discounts are applied in different seasons are subject to stock and availability of our articles.

BONUS RULES:

• 5% bonus on your first purchase at fair: It is done by a bonus based on merchandise availability and Crafts Rosewood´s sole discretion.
